L’ATELIER is a professional development programme for early-stage Black music industry professionals based across the North of England and the Devolved Nations.
Delivered by BLK SCL in partnership with Generator, L’ATELIER brings together a selected cohort of 10 active music industry professionals for a two-day intensive bootcamp focused on career development, industry connections and practical tools for the next stage of their careers.
Over two days, participants will take part in masterclasses, peer sharing, fireside chats, mentoring, networking and action planning, with sessions designed to explore the realities and opportunities of building a sustainable career in the music industry.
